PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that the demands of daily life and unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to delays or cancellations. At the same time, the smooth operation of the WP Academy - The Perfect Goalie relies on reliable planning, the availability of training facilities, and the dedication of our coaching team. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policy: 

1. Payment Terms

• The agreed fee for the goalie session must be paid either at the time of online registration or via a digital payment system such as Venmo or Zelle no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

• For payments made after this deadline, WP Academy - The Perfect Goalie reserves the right to apply a 10% surcharge to the total amount.

2. No-Show Without Prior Notification

• If an athlete does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, 80% of the agreed training fee will be charged.

• We encourage open communication so that such situations can be avoided whenever possible.

3. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before a Scheduled Session

• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed training time, 50% of the agreed training fee will be charged.

• This allows us to partially cover the costs associated with reserving training space and allocating resources.

4. Cancellation More Than 24 Hours Before a Scheduled Session

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you may choose between:

• A full refund of the paid fee, or

• Applying the fee as credit toward a future training session.

5. Late Arrival to a Training Session

• If you know you will be late, please notify the responsible coach as soon as possible via message or call.

• The coach will make every effort to:

• Group Sessions: Seamlessly integrate you into the ongoing activities upon your arrival.

• Private Sessions: Adjust the planned training content to maximize the value of your session despite the reduced time.

6. Exceptional Delays by the Coach

• In the rare event that the responsible coach anticipates being late, they will promptly notify the athlete or their designated contact person.

• The coach will strive to:

• Extend the session to make up for lost time, or

• Ensure that the planned training content is fully covered within the adjusted timeframe.
